Maine Sailing Partners, provides sails for the Landing School 30
Win Fowler of Maine Sailing Partners, Maine USA, a long time Fabric user, describes their recent work for the recent celebrated Landing School 30, a boat designed by local boat building students in Maine USA, and featured in different sailing media.
Win Fowler :
“The boat has a simple 3 sail inventory – square top mainsail, 98% roller furling jib and all purpose asymmetrical spinnaker.
Both jibs and one mainsail are Dimension Flex Aramid, and the other mainsail is a Dimension D4MP membrane sail. The spinnakers are Bainbridge Airx 600 nylon.
All sails designed with Fabric™ Sail Design, of course.
The only tweak necessary was adding a little luff curve to the top of the mainsail, as the mast tips are a little more flexible than we anticipated."
